The SlouchPal character, a friendly lilac figure with big curly hair, waving hello
sound familiar?

3pm, and you’re slowly folding into your desk.

Your pal starts where you are today, then moves with you. No judgement, no gym kit. Just a few minutes to loosen up and stand a little taller.

Three steps to your first routine.

Set up once, then just press play.

1

Make your pal

Hair, face, outfit, colours: sixteen hairstyles and a wardrobe to match. Yours, down to the trainers.

2

Tell it about your day

A few quick questions and a safety check shape a plan around the time and space you have: a chair, a wall, a doorway.

3

Move together

About 5–10 minutes, a few times a week. Your pal shows every move, counts the reps and holds with you.

Every move, shown.
Not described.

No squinting at stick figures. Your pal does each movement in 3D, from the angle that makes it clear, and the timer keeps pace with it.

  • Counts reps and holds, so you can just follow along
  • Shows which muscles are doing the work
  • Something didn’t feel right? Next time that move comes back gentler

Better with friends.

Send a link, and your pals move in next to each other. It’s easier to keep going when someone notices.

  • See who’s moved today. A glance tells you who’s been up and about.

  • Keep streaks going together. Nobody wants to be the one who breaks it.

  • Cheers and short messages. Friends only, kept friendly, never spammy.

Your answers stay on your phone.

Kept on your phone

Your answers, your routines, how they felt, your safety check: none of it is sent to us.

Friends is optional

Friends see your name, pal and streak. Never your answers. Delete it any time from Settings.

Questions

Is SlouchPal a medical app?

No. SlouchPal is for general wellbeing: short routines to build strength, move more and feel comfortable in everyday positions. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it isn’t a substitute for advice from a health professional. If something hurts, keeps getting worse or worries you, check with a GP or physiotherapist.

How long does it take?

Most routines are about 5–10 minutes of moving, a few times a week. Your plan tells you how often, and you can do it whenever suits you. Reminders are there if you want them.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Some moves use a chair, a wall or a doorway, and you tell SlouchPal what you have. A resistance band or a towel opens up a few more, but they’re optional.

What if a move doesn’t feel right?

Stop, and tell your pal. That move comes back gentler next time, or takes a rest for a while. You can stop a routine at any point, and there’s never anything to make up.

What do friends see?

Your name, your pal, your streak and whether you’ve moved today, plus which exercises you did unless you turn that off. Never your answers, how a routine felt or your safety check.

How much does it cost?

SlouchPal is a subscription. You’ll see the price in the app, with your plan, before you decide.

Is it on Android?

SlouchPal is on iPhone.

Your pal is waiting.

Make it, name it, and do your first routine in a few minutes.
